College MECS Dept.— Karen Cresci, Director, and Associate Director,

Matt, based on what you have told me about wanting to book a space:


  *   Saturday, September 7th – MECS, for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner,
please reserve a space in Soda Center for (60) people.
     *   This way, the event will be on China/ Glassware/ Silverware at no
extra charge.
  *   Redwood Grove – GEC will send “Boxed Lunch” quote for (60)

We are Miramonte High School Class of 1969, originally kids from Orinda &
Moraga.

Full service catering in-house is attractive, in case we cannot get a Full
Service caterer for Orinda Community Center.

It's a 3-day event overall, so we might also be interested in Fri. Night
meet-up at 1928 Pub, (though Casa Orinda or Theater Square more likely
Fri.) --
and Sat. hikes, like up to the cross on the hill, or Bollinger Canyon
hills, San Leandro Reservoir, campus picnic in redwood grove, ballfield
sports, or Sun. picnic.

Past venues have been at Orinda Country Club and Miramonte Gardens, though
this will be less formal. One picnic might be at Miramonte campus, Moraga
Commons Park, or Old Orinda School ballfield.
