[MiramonteTalk] Moraga Barn available for Rent for party venue, inquiry in process

Claire Copenhagen Bainer suggested Moraga Barn as a venue, and went by
there today, but couldn't find anyone to ask about rentals.

So I used Microsoft 365's A.I. search engine CoPilot, and found owner to be
Greg Gaskin Wealth Management, a website with Contact info asking for my
email for return call tomorrow, a map, and this gorgeous photo tour.

Its on Country Club Way, across from Safeway, near the former Orchard
Supply Hardware and the Post Office, diagonal to Canyon Club Brewery, our
proposed Sun. night venue, and down the road from our proposed Sat. AllDay
HQ at Moraga Commons Park, and St. Mary's College.

They're all just at the end of Moraga Way, a mile past Miramonte, so folks
should be able to find them fine.

We will ask availability and costs, etc. on Wed., July 10.

Thank you for your patience while we try to optimize cost and logistics in
the face of delayed callbacks from vendors for info.
