Y'all can calc the costs from your collective desires for glamor.

Spreadsheet of cost comparisons could be a next step for someone, once the
1st round of cost estimating tells you how down-scale you need to go to
become affordable enough to draw 60 people.

My budget is lowball. I'm in it for the people. Just don't want to be
responsible for multiple contracts, linen & china pickup & returns, etc.
from "Delivery" to a rented hall, etc.

Next, I'll call St. Mary's College, Oliver Hall and Good Eating Co.,
through Events & Conference Coordinator Jamie Scovill.

Thank you for considering the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa to host your
reunion.  Currently our George Washington Room is available on September 21
st from 6pm-11pm.  The George Washington Room is located on the lobby level
and can accommodate 80 people at 8 rounds of 10.  The rental fee is
$2000.00 with a $6000.00 food and beverage minimum.  All fees are subject
to a 24% banquet fee and 8.75% tax.  Rental fee includes 5 hours of private
event space, set up, clean up, tables, chairs, ivory linens and candle
centerpieces.



I’ve attached menus for your review.  If you select a plated meal the menu
would need to be pre-selected in advance.  Everyone would have the same
salad and dessert.  You can offer two entrees plus a vegetarian option. If
you select more than one entrée the highest priced entrée will be charged
for all.  We will need a final count along with how many of each entrée (7)
business days prior.
